David Young V

D Young V

The work of San Francisco based artist D Young V often revolves around the idea of a highly technological post-apocalyptic society. He is a pen and ink artist whose monochromatic drawings are often mistaken as stenciling. Although his work pursues a loose narrative, much of what he does revolves around viewer interpretation. This allows the audience to be an active participant in his ongoing works.

His work can be seen through galleries in the forms of very elaborate large scale installation projects using a mix of 2D and 3D components. Additionally his murals can be seen both indoors and outdoors throughout the Bay Area.

In recent years much of D Young V's work has been focused on creating illicit work throughout a variety of cities around the globe. His pieces can be seen throughout North America, Europe, UK, Central America and Asia.
