Shipping
We offer both domestic and international shipping at checkout. Unframed items will ship in 7 to 14 business days after placing your order. Framing options are all custom ordered and professionally handled. Please allow 14 to 19 business days for shipping. Preorder will ship as above after the release date.
Refund and Return Policy
There are no returns or refunds on Sugar Press Art prints or original works of art. All sales are final. The only exception is for items damaged in shipping, and please note - that does not include items that are damaged during opening the package.
If you receive a damaged package please do not sign for the package. If the package is left for you, please document the condition of the package when you received it. Contact us within 72 hours by email at info@sugarpressart.com and we will get back to you with how to proceed.
International Shipping
In accordance with shipping destination all duties and taxes must be paid by buyer. Any packages return due to non payment shall be held for buyer to request and pay for second shipping.
