"This photo was taken at sunset through one of the "window" openings in the sculpture that has diffraction grating film in it. The sculpture/look-out-tower is in Ojai, CA. During the opening reception I saw some guy lugging a tripod and camera up the path, stopping every few feet to take pictures. I thought, "Who the heck is this dude?" Just then Anne said, "Hi Sparky", standing next to me up in the tower. Anne and Greg had seen the reception announcement and drove up from LA. It was a sweet surprise as I hadn't seen them in years. We got to hang out and go to dinner. It was so nice that they made the trip up and we got to catch up. This is the last time I saw Greg. It was a great evening."
