Michael Kirst

Michael Kirst is an artist born and raised in Southern California. Having drawn ever since he could hold a pencil, Michael has studied and developed various artistic styles over his life. An accomplished illustrator utilizing many different mediums, Michael’s passion today is abstract acrylic painting. Michael believes in creating his own inspiration through an eternal optimism for life and hopes that others may be inspired by his works, many of which have been displayed in various galleries and shows. He has a unique style of abstract portraiture with an emphasis on the eyes as they are the gateway to the soul and one's emotion.
